Who this policy covers

VitaGratiae (Vita Gratiae) operates vitagratiae.com, a women's footwear discovery and fashion-content platform. This policy covers the website and Vita Gratiae Publisher, our planned internal Pinterest publishing integration. Contact us about privacy at social@vitagratiae.com.

The current catalog presents AI-generated footwear design references for inspiration. These references are not products offered for sale. The website has no customer accounts, checkout or payment collection.

Information used when you visit

Microsoft Azure hosts this website and may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times, to deliver and secure the site. This information is handled by the hosting provider; this policy does not promise a particular retention period for its operational logs.

Catalog filtering runs in your browser. Our website code does not set cookies, use browser tracking storage, or include advertising pixels. No analytics collection service is enabled. Page code reads campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), the current page path and the referring website's hostname, when available. It exposes them only as an event within the current page; no collector receives that event and our code does not save it in your browser. Campaign parameters may still be part of the URL received by the hosting provider. They are excluded from canonical page URLs.

Vita Gratiae Publisher and Pinterest

The Pinterest API integration is under development and is not yet active. It has not obtained API authorization or collected Pinterest account data. This section describes its intended limited use, not functionality already operating.

Vita Gratiae Publisher is for the VitaGratiae account owner and authorized internal operators. It is not a service for third-party customers and will not connect unrelated Pinterest users' accounts. Once approved and authorized, it is intended to create and manage our own organic image and video Pins and boards. Each Pin will be selected and approved by the owner before scheduled delivery and will link to a relevant page on vitagratiae.com.

The intended authorization uses Pinterest OAuth, not collection of Pinterest passwords. The permissions needed are to read and write our own public Pins and boards. Our own approved images, videos, Pin titles, descriptions, alternative text, board selections and destination links will be sent to Pinterest for publication. Reads will be used to select our boards and verify or manage our own published content. Ads, billing, other users' data and secret-board access are outside this integration's intended scope.

Authorization tokens will be restricted to the internal publishing service and will not be placed in public website files, source control or logs. The integration will not be activated until credential protection, revocation and data-handling controls are implemented. We do not sell Pinterest data, use it to train AI models, or share it with third-party customers. We do not scrape Pinterest or automate engagement.

Retention, disconnection and requests

No Pinterest API data or OAuth tokens are currently retained because the integration is not active. Before activation, retention and deletion handling will be documented here and checked against Pinterest's requirements. API response archives are not currently enabled. Our own design catalog and approved media are separate from data obtained through Pinterest.

Once authorized, the account owner can revoke the app's access through Pinterest's app permissions. Revocation stops authorized API access but does not itself delete Pins already published on Pinterest; those can be managed through the Pinterest account. Contact social@vitagratiae.com to request help with access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied to us. If you email us, you provide your email address and message to our email service so we can review and respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, access tokens or payment information.

Other services and policy changes

Following a link to Pinterest takes you to a separate service governed by the Pinterest Privacy Policy. This website does not currently send browsing events to Pinterest through an advertising or conversion tag. The public website-ownership verification meta tag does not run tracking code.

We will update this page when our actual practices change, including before activating the Pinterest integration or introducing analytics or commerce features. The date above identifies the latest revision.
